How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are filled as soon as we receive them. We try to ship your order within 3-5 business days.

We carry a small inventory, and may need to order more product to fill an order.

Note: Custom orders take longer. Once ordered, a custom order may take 7-10 days to be processed and shipped.

Will my acrylic rod break?

Our QA dept inspects every rod in a selection process so we use only the best materials. There are those rare situations where the acrylic may have an unseen flaw, and it may break. In those cases, notify us immediately, and we will gladly replace the item.

What can you tell me about the Rod Materials?

Our rods are extruded acrylic plastic, made in the USA/Canada. All of our materials are USA made, (rods, as noted), the standard rod (black and clear) handles, are Latex-free material.

Our EVA Foam handles are also latex free, and water resistant.

Acrylic is durable, resistant to most chemicals, and is non-porous, so cleaning is easy. The rods can withstand the test of time when used properly.

What precautions do you use when shipping my order?

All rods are shipped in new or recycled brown or tan mailing tubes. Plain text labels are used, showing the RodsByRane return address and that of the addressee.

Inside, the rod(s) will be wrapped securely to prevent damage in shipping. A packing slip will be enclosed.
