Product Quality & Craftsmanship

Each item sold through RodsByRane is handcrafted with care using quality materials sourced from the USA and Canada. Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the products. These variations are not considered defects, but rather part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Orders & Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Most products are made to order and require a short production period before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been received and another email with tracking number when shipped.

If you have a special request or need a status update, please feel free to contact us.

Refunds & Exchanges

As mentioned in our Customer Services page, RodsByRane does not offer refunds. However, if your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we do offer a one-time exchange for a product of equal or lesser value. The following conditions apply:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be returned in original condition and packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on location and order volume. RodsByRane is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing (for international orders).

If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For more information see our shipping policy.

Use of Products

All products are novelty items intended for decorative or specialty use as described. Misuse of items is not the responsibility of RodsByRane. Always inspect your items upon receipt and follow any included care or usage guidelines.
