RodsByRane website collects personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. This information is used only to fulfill your specific request, such as when you purchase products from our site, payment arrangements are conducted via PayPal.
Rane doesn’t like spam, either, and will not divulge your names and addresses. The only emails you receive will be regarding your order (status, shipping info, etc), or for any correspondence initiated by you. Occasionally, you will receive emails with announcements for vending appearances or upcoming conferences and events.
Google Analytics
When someone visits rodsbyrane.com, Rane use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. This is done to track things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and interactions with the site.
This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. Rane does not make, nor not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of visitors to this website.
Cookies
If you have an account and you log in to this site, RodsByRane will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, RodsByRane will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Your privacy is our concern
Rane nor any other RBR staff, will never sell/lend/trade or otherwise, share, any information about you, our customers, (outside of payments conducted through credit/debit cards via PayPal), for any purchases you have made from our website.
After your transaction is completed, your financial information is destroyed. Your name, address and email address is stored in our customer file as a manner of record for all purchases made online from Rods By Rane.
If you do not want RodsByRane to keep your information, send Rane an email, Rane@rodsbyrane.com, provide the name, address, and respective email address, and he will promptly remove your information.
For users that register on this website, RodsByRane also stores the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see that information.
