Shipping Policy
All purchases made at Rods By Rane are shipped to our customers within 3-5 business days for in-stock items.
Any custom orders may take up to 15 days – based on when your order is placed, to actual ship date. Most custom orders average 10-14 days.
If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, or have specific mailing instructions, please contact Rane via email at: Rane@rodsbyrane.com to ensure a timely delivery.
Currently, all orders are shipped first class via USPS (Domestic and Canada).
Large orders may be shipped UPS or FedEx per customer’s request and at the customer’s expense.
Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are based on flat weight and mailed via USPS.
Due to changes made by the USPS, the standard length is now 22″ (versus 25″).
With this reduction in size, comes a charge of $4.00 fee that is added.
To accommodate the added shipping increase, RBR has raised their shipping price to a flat $10.95. per container shipped (For US Only).
For Canadian orders, RodsByRane will charge the US flat rate of $10.95, in addition to the customs fee of $20.00 (USD).
Shipping Containers
All acrylic rod orders are shipped in discreet white square mailing tubes, addressed with a plain-text label showing only the name of the company, RodsByRane, and the addressee.
